I’m a former line cook who decided to change his life through Kaizen — the idea that small daily improvements stack into massive transformation over time.

For 12+ years I lived the typical kitchen life:
long hours, partying, drinking, smoking, and running on fumes.

Now things look a little different.

• 3+ years alcohol-free
• training for endurance events
• building a meal prep biz
• documenting the process in public

No overnight success. Just reps.
